A little tired of living amidst the hustle and bustle of the city? Crazy high expenses and long hours stuck in traffic?

Metro Manila is the political, economic, and educational center of our country. People flock towards Manila in hopes of landing a better job or starting a better life. However, as dreamy and urban as Metro Manila might sound, living in it may not be for everyone. For starters, your body must be used to an insanely high level of pollution. Second, you must learn to deal with the high cost of living. And lastly, but definitely not the least, what is Metro Manila without its bad traffic?

This is why a lot of people have been searching for an alternative. Now if you’re looking for a more moderate life with breathable air and a lot more tolerable traffic, then maybe you should consider moving a little up North of the Metro. The province of Bulacan is just a few kilometers away. It is one of the better options for those looking for an alternative to Manila. Aside from being very near the Metro, Bulacan on its own is a flourishing economy.

First, malls are now becoming more visible in the area. There is a Vista Mall right in the capital city, Malolos, where you can shop and dine. And just within the vicinity, you can see a lot of different schools, universities, hospitals, and the upcoming PNR Phase 1. If this sounds like the type of place you would like to live in (where there is a good amount of commerce and reliable transportation), there is a masterplanned community just behind the said mall--Lessandra Provence--where you can choose from a variety of home options.

Now outside of the capital city, one of the current biggest infrastructure projects is underway—the New Manila International Airport. This airport is poised to become the solution to the congestion problem in NAIA. The completion of this project would greatly boost the local economy of Bulacan which will in turn open a lot of opportunities for the people living there or those that have chosen to invest early in the area. A good investment option would be Lessandra Bulakan just a few minutes away from the upcoming Airport.

With these, it is safe to say that you can still enjoy the benefits of living in Manila without actually living there. With all the expressways and the transportation hubs, it is easy to go to the Metro whenever you may please. The local economy of the province of Bulacan proved itself to be sustaining and strong as it can now better cater to the needs of its residents and this will only continue because of the upcoming plans in the province. This pandemic further proved that living outside of our National Capital Region can be beneficial and you can still live the Manila dream without having to bear the negatives.
